The Camp 14 Project is a movement being undertaken by Dr. Huish’s Activism class at Dalhousie University. Our goal is to not only create broader awareness about North Korea and their political prison camps through Shin Dong-Hyuk’s book, but to encourage people to take action where there is an absense of human rights either at home or abroad. Our class is going to hold a public demonstration in November of 2012 that calls for such human rights engagement from international leaders, and within the international community.
